Great article. I like the advice for pouring white wine over the stain of red wine. I read somewhere that a solution made from white vinegar and water helps removing red whine stains. Regards from me and Clapham cleaning
Red wine stains are really persistent. The main thing to do when cleaning them is to blot. Don't ever rub, just blot. And just like John said, a solution of white vinegar and water will do the same good job as white wine.

Absolutely agree on the vinegar/water solution. It works just as fine as white wine. Don't waste the material, use the alternative.
